Cleanse The Inside Of Your Body

By not allowing our body sufficient rest, the immune system will sputter, and as a result, not function at full capacity. Thus, we increase the risk of getting sick.A healthy, deep sleep allows our body to release a significant amount of growth hormone that boost immune system and aids in the growth and repair of the body.

Bit of a problem as I know someone with underlying health problems and would not want to pass it on. Not severe, but they are health problems.
This week I stayed in an area which is known to have a very high number of cases of swine flu. While walking down the street, we passed a very ill looking woman who worked for the NHS (had a badge) who looked like she was about to vomit in the street. She also sneezed in our direction, so I was wondering, if this was swine flu, would I be likely to catch it?
A day after I came home a friend of mine who I had been with that week had swine flu symptoms, and had been told by a doctor that is was most probably swine flu. If this is the case, I would have been with the friend during the incubation period, and was wondering if it can be passed on during this time?
So, just wondering, is it likely that I could have caught swine flu, and if so, how long should I stay away from my friend with the health issues? He’s quite concerned and yes, although death is unlikely, he doesn’t want to risk it.
